There is a Cure for the Summertime Blues!

It is a travesty that some children grow up without ever seeing the stars. Recently a good friend of mine accepted a position as the Camp Director at Camp Bovey  in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. He asked a few friends and I to come up for the weekend and help get some much needed work done around the camp before it opened in June. I jumped at this opportunity because growing up, the only outside-of-family camping I ever experienced was our local Boy Scout Jamboree.  Not only was I excited to better hone my home improvement skills, I thought it would be fun to learn about the rewards and impact a summer camp has on its attendees.
