| joe | I have a 1/2 ton chevy silverado with a 4.8 liter v8 engine and i would like to tow a 28 ft fifth wheel trailor. The tuck is a single cab with a full size truck bed and it has a ss package with a towing button by the steering wheel. Automatic trans/ raidiator cooled, the connection on the fith wheel says, "hitch p/naf csa 13000 gvwr. I would just like to know if there is something i can do to be able to tow this camper with my truck without doing to much damage to the vehicle. |

| Travis ~ Hitch Guy™ | The only thing you will need to consider is the vehicle's towing capacity compared to the fully loaded weight of the trailer. It is likely that your vehicle will not be able to handle 13,000lbs. As most 1/2 ton Chevys can only handle around the 10k mark. |
